They invest your unsettled funds after a trade. It's also pretty basic software.
> When is it coming to my country?
Probably never. They only have plans on an Australian beta.
> It's been X days, why isn't my account verified yet?
If it takes more than 3 days, try emailing their support. They are very good.
> Is this the place to pump and dump and/or shill a worthless stock?
Yep
> I hit sell when the stock was X.XX, but it actually sold at a lower price, am I being jewed?
No, that would actually be illegal. Robinhood graphs are just shit and only show you an average, not-really-realtime price. To get Bid/Ask prices and important things like candlestick graphs, you should use a more robust platform.
> Where can I get better charting or bid/ask?
thinkorswim is bretty gud if you want to go open a second account with real broker.
Otherwise you should be using stockcharts.com, finviz, or Yahoo/Google finance for your graphing in addition to Robinhood.

If you want to invest a small amount (like less than 1-5k) then look into forex trading.

Low risk usually means low reward.
>>

Well, with forex you can use 1:50+ leverage. Very manageable risk if you use stops correctly. This is how people make a living off of trading a $10k account.

I don't really have a set rule. Right now I'm all in on AUPH because the volume is still climbing and news is buzzing.

My FX broker is FXCM. They do have an app, but I only trade with a platform called MT4. You probably wouldn't want to actively trade from your phone. Maybe if you were doing longer term trades you could. I think most FX traders are day trading, and you really need to use your PC for that.

If I understand the ESMO schedule correctly. CERU shows it's data on Saturday and Monday.
RNN CDLX on Monday as well. Gale on Sunday if you got any in that.

GALE and CERU have been dropping over the week. If you're looking for dips now's the time to buy I'd say.

RNN has been all over the place, but it's only went up or down in fractions of pennies.

CLDX has already seen a small moon between Monday and Tuesday, however it's at a dip since then. Perhaps peeps think this one is gonna have the best news?

As for the others I'm just watching them just to see how it turns out. I'm wondering if the conference alone is enough to make these stocks shoot up. Don't plan to buy though

It won't pop without bad news.

>>1548424
>>1548425

Ideally you would have a trading system if you're taking it seriously. That would determine your stop. For example, your system could be that you risk 2% of your capital on every trade. If you're starting with $1,000, then you are willing to risk $20.

A tight stop loss allows you to place a bigger position than a big stop. For example, you can take out a $1,000 long position at 2%, but if it goes down 2%, it will sell. Of course the upside is much higher than taking out a $100 position with a -20% stop loss.

If you're successful 5% of the time with your $1000/-2% stop, then you're probably making as much money as being 95% successful with the $100/-20% stop.

You should also set targets on each trade, and possibly limit sells, to make sure that you don't miss out on the gains you want.
>>
>>1548455
they have one drug in their portfolio
>>
>>1548456
RH can't set stop losses above the current price, yes? I really wish you could set future targets like that so you could plan more
>>
>>1548462
I think you're talking about a trailing stop? You would need to do that manually with RH (but hey, they don't charge broker fees).

You can set limit sells, however.

>>
>>1548468
OC is one an anon mentioned in a previous thread, a company that does roofing and shit. It's already gone up $1.39 today.

>>1548467
That would be nice too, but I was thinking more like setting a stop loss above the current price, and only having that stop trigger once the current has gone past that.
Doesn't seem like it would be feasible though.

That's called a limit sell.
>>
>>1548429

>>
>>1548403

>>
>>1548518
ive been trading auph on dips all day, fuckin flawless

figure out how much money you would be comfortable with losing. Try and learn what it feels like to become detached from that money. Imagine taking ten 100 dollar bills, or one hundred 20 dollar bills, and burning them - that's a start. whatever you're comfortable and able to lose can be invested. (being detached means you won't panic sell, which ironically can cost you a lot more than simply going along for the ride)

keep in mind, the money you put in would best last in the market 2-3 years at a minimum, so try and not put in more than you can get by with for that period of time. the market is a waiting man's game.

take all of this with a grain of salt, though. learn for yourself. maybe pony up 1,000 and by a few stocks to get used to the feeling.

That'd be nice. I'm fairly new to trading and lack broad knowledge of it. However I have really good instincts and good pattern recognition skills. So I can at least pick up on it pretty well.

So far I havent taken a loss in my first two weeks of trading.
If course this will not remain true forever, but I seem to be doing pretty well.
>>
>>1549167
basically its like this
You have the stock, and you know the tests are coming. These tests could literally range from "hey it also cures cancer" to "hey it causes cancer" and predicting it would require insider knowledge.

Its a hard gamble, and as such, should never be taken unless you are willing to lose everything in it.
>>
>>1549170
That's what it sounds like when autistic people role play.
>>
>>1549175
Usually not worth holding through news.

Worst case you lose 80-100%. Best case you make 100%.

Buy in the dip after good news, best case it keeps going up, worst case you lose 10%

Can people spread a rumor that warren buffet died? People do it with celebrities all the time.

It would be a complete overreaction. He is the face of the company. Nobody trust anyone else to run the company except for him.
>>
>>1549220
>Nobody trust anyone else to run the company except for him.
Yeah, but are they right?
If they're right then that's it, don't touch the stock.
But if they're wrong and he's done a good job of training his successors, then it'll be time to buy the dip.
>>
>>1549220
That's absolutely idiotic. He hasn't made decisions in years
>>
>>1549223
Oh. I misunderstood what you were asking. Yeah buy the dip. Obviously buy the dip. Its a solid company. The dip is gonna be so massive though. Shorting would be a great idea.
>>
>>1549216
People that follow celebrities don't do anything worthwhile.

People that affect stock prices are smarter than to fall for a rumor.

Unfortunately it wouldn't do anything
>>
>>1549225

No it won't. Nuclear fission will not solve the world's energy needs. Too much waste and nowhere to put it. You don't understand how much energy we use and how many plants we would need. Earth uses about 12 terrawatts of energy each year. A large nuclear reactor produces 3000 megawatts. 12x1012 / 3000x10^6
That's a fucking lot of plants.

Compare this to solar energy. Enough enery from the sun hits the earth in 1 hour to fuel our consumption for an entire year. Solar is the only way.
