One thing you can do is have super accounts that have a limited number of sub accounts with limited post capabilities. Set up an /exc/ board where plebs can exchange whatever to get membership on someones super account. Essentially establishing /pol/ superpacs.

Ads are realistically the easiest way to monetize, but it kind of requires going down the adult route, meaning you never get money from reputable sources.

If you want reputable stuff, delete the porn boards and any that have terrible traffic, they can just set up shop on the other chan or something

I like the webshop idea, but it might be tricky to run an ecommerce business in addition to the chan. Better to sell space to shops to sell shit on the site for different boards
