SHIT!!!!!!!!!!!
My parents would not give me allowance for regular expenditures in college due to the poor performance at school but instead they said I could earn money by improving grades... but only A-/A count.
A-/A = 50 dollar and i could get bonus for getting straight A-/A each month
or i could go to work...... outside of school
What should i do??????????????

Stupid question

you should try r9k
My parents did the same thing with me and my sister, but they started when I was in grade 1. $20 per grade, but each new year $10 was added.
Grade 1 - $20
Grade 2 - $30
Grade 3 - $40
Grade 4 - $50
Grade 5 - $60
Grade 6 - $70
Grade 7 - $80
Grade 8 - $90
Grade 9 - $150 <High School starred here.
Grade 10 - $200
Grade 11 - $250
Grade 12 - $500
Suffice to say, my sister got more A's than me and she has like $15k in a bank account just sitting there, while I have like $2k.
Now that we're in college, if we maintain an 80% average or higher per year, we get $5000 each, plus one trip each year to anywhere in the world during the Summer for one month (our whole family goes, and it's only one trip, but we get to pick it).
So, my parents are pretty great this way. Ask your parents if you can receive an extra $10 or $20 per A going forward, once you prove to them you can get the A's the first time.

Just FYI, I have $2k because I spend my money but she just gets them to buy everything. I had about $12k in A's though.

>tfw it's the same in my family
How the fuck does my little sisters convince parents to buy them an iphone 6 while i have to take from my own pocket to buy my only pair of shoes, god fucking dammit

This was over like 10 years lmao, I didn't spend much until high school but I used to go out and get food everyday and I had this one poor friend who I'd buy lunch for some days, probably spent about $10 a day a couple days a week on food. I also bought a PS3, and I bought a gym membership and I bought some shoes, I probably spent like $100-$250 a month easily in 9th-10th grade.

Same here, I buy all my own things, but I usually only buy like one pair of $50 or $80 shoes per year, my sister buys like 10 pairs of $15 shoes so they think it's only $15 and it's small but in total it's a lot. I also paid my own phone bill for a while but she got hers paid for and she had better plans than me baka.

It's not being spoiled, if my parents are able to afford it, it's another form of working essentially, except I don't get freckles from oil at McDonalds, and I get to work from home and spend more time on grades. It's an advantage, which is great.

9-12th grade*** also I have a car right now and no I didn't buy it, it's a Camry, nothing flashy, but it's new.
