Purely a pump and dump. There's really no way to predict it other than noticing it running rampant. The funny part about it is I saw it at around 6:02 AM while I was smoking a cigarette. Basically, they've been preparing for this to clear the US-FDA (sales team increase), it already cleared in Europe but since gov. agencies take forever to clear AMDA peeps are just waiting for the PR.

I'd just start by picking a set of stocks, determining how much they could fluctuate without fucking me, and go from there.

Also you have to factor in averaging up. If you're using the same stock to receive the mystical 10%, you're going to be averaging up.
