How do I properly write out an itinerary for my day, write goals and map out habits I need to develop? I want to do things like a patrician.
For tasks of the day I write what I'm going to do on a post it and put it on the back of my phone. Make a new one every day.
Keep it simple
-Work
-Allergy shot
-Stop at HD
*Electrical box
*Light brace
-Install light
-Practice Bass
-Bath/Read (Don't judge)
-Shitpost/sleep
Long term I keep on a bigger list that I check a couple times a week. Moving them to post it note as I can.
I tried several software stuff but nothing beats a pen for speed.
(FYI, list can make you feel bad at first because its really easy to write a bunch of shit down, much harder to get it all done. Anytime I find myself doing dumb shit during the day I look at the list and tell myself I made it for a reason.)

Thanks this helps. And for habits do you just write them down every day until you've created the habit?

Make sure it goes where you go. If you spend most of your time at a computer, get a chrome app that replaces your default page with a to-do list: I use momentum.
If you always are shit posting, use calendar reminders on your phone.

I'll check out Momentum but apps never seem to work for me.

habitica is working pretty well for me
you can also write more important things down, i have a white board in my room behind the door to write about projects/work/studies and their development and a string i fixed over my computer where i can attach post its
being constantly remembered of things to do makes you do them

Well.. my main habit was I wasn't getting as much stuff done as I wanted to, hence the lists.
Stuff like don't drink all weekend or eat better... I havn't really tried writing down. Couldn't hurt.
I'm installing a galvanized steel (so it doesnt make my house look like a fucking office) dry erase board like pic related but 5' X 4'. I want to make my goals litterally a part of my living space so I'm confronted with them all day. I'll prob write more personal shit on there once its up.

No software has ever worked for me... pen is only thing I've stuck with
(Except for bill/stock/crypot... gmail excel for that shit cuz nubmers.)

Get yourself a daily planner and write everything down. All you need is discipline... which most are lacking.
