Here are the some decent options
-Lease it to a farmer
-Lease it to wealthy hunters from big cities
-Put storage units on it
-Build an RV/Boat storage lot on it

DO NOT do any of these things without first getting professional advice though. Land can make you a steady supplementary income each month if you play your cards right.

How many acres is it? Also, if it's agricultural fields it's not a bad idea to lease them to some farmer to keep them from getting overgrown. Trees and shit will eventually pop up if left for too long, will be costly to restore at that point, especially if there's drainage.

Just sell it and buy a proper rental property
