Marijuana will be legalized in the spring, APH (Aphria) has been expanding their grow operations, has been partnering with different companies, and their harvesting procedures are cheapest out of all companies.

With the cucked canadian dollar, this would be a great opportunity, just look at the chart for APH on the TSX.
