Become a "fixer" for other white males looking to emigrate. You use your local knowledge and connections to get things done. You tell them what forms they need to fill in, who they need to bribe or what laws they need to obey. Warn them of local scams.

You could run classes on "culture clash" little things they need to know.

You could probably also earn commission by hooking up with local traders and businesses and driving customers to them.

I would consider investing with high rates of returns, such as buying those policies, or w/e. Sounds like a decent idea, but you're going to need something to bring in money (b/c your investments can only make you so much income).
