So I got my first credit card from my bank and have had it for a year and always paid my dues and its fully paid off right now.

Should I continue to have a card with my bank or what better options might be available to me?

That's decent for a year - I'm about 18 months in with Freedom and my 1st month in with Slate and 12 months into a car lease and I'm sitting at 730
