While there's really no disagreement that the majority of his current income comes from selling systems, how he got where he is gets debated here sometimes.
I've heard everything from him making most of his fortune trading, to him being a literal Tai Lopez and faking it until he was rich from DVD sales.
I doubt there's any way to really know for sure.
