If my goal is money, is majoring in anything beside STEM would be a terrible idea or not?, in Business Management (Accounting or Economics) to be specific.
if your goal is to make money, make money dont spend it. money attracts more money, and flees from someone who doesn't know how to hold on.

Well, but a history major doesn't have the potential to make money compared to an Engineering major for example.

many bankers and consultants have business/econ degrees.
i think you should study something you are good at and interested in because bad grades in a subject you think will land you a lucrative job will get you nowhere.
I fully agree. You wont do well in a specific field If you dont have any talent or any passion for it. Ofcourse it would be good if you get a stem degree but 40% of engineer students simply drop out. There are too many people with zero passion so when the degree requires a bit work they wont survive it very well. Probably same applies to medschools etc. there are lot of people going for it just for the pay and if you hate the studies right from the start, oh boy, you are in trouble.
