I've got pretty decent 3D art experience and know how to make very appealing game ideas.
Additionally, I could generate massive controversy (getting huge publicity and ending up only collecting money from people I definitely hate) by adding a feature like the game being intended for only female players, listing reasons why male players are unacceptable.
