I've only been in Hawaii once with an ex (and we both fall squarely into the yuppies you describe), so some thoughts:

In my experience, traveling yuppies want a few things: ready access to alcohol, "unique" experience (e.g. shit girls are gonna post on Instagram or Snapchat), relaxation, and good food. Most of those are already well checked by Hawaii, so I doubt you're gonna re-invent the wheel in that area.

To be entirely honest, if I were you, I'd see if you couldn't try to sex up Hawaii a bit in business form. Escort services might be a bad idea, but see if you can't do some sort of bikini night at a club (who, of course, you give a kickback to) where you invite a bunch of hot girls and charge guys fucking insane amounts of money to get in. I've heard this is a pretty common practice in Miami, and it allegedly works like a champ.

Club promotion work is trash work, but there's money there, especially if you can get the right people involved.
