A recruitment site just posted a job I want. The ad will expire in 20 days.
When do I send my CV? Is today to soon? Is during the end too late? google says after 9pm on a tuesday but don't know which interval

Send it in now. They will likely start interviewing before the ad expires and if they find the right person, they'll hire them and take the ad down. Unless it is a government job or something. In that case, they might be required to accept resumes/applications for a specified period of time.
