So some time ago I graduated with a bachelors in accounting and ever since I've been doing low wage jobs in accounting positions. In my country there is simply no demand for accountants. I didn't think much about the choice of education when I was younger and I was autistic. With my grades I could easily get into a physics education and I'm still in my twenties. I live in a welfare country so the education is free and I could get into some pretty good schools (there are no ivy league schools in my country, but some of the top 100).
Should I do it?

Yes, but nto for physics. Try math/CS instead. I'm also confused as to how you can't get a job with an accounting degree.

Didn't I mention I live in a welfare country? It turns out everyone and his mother has an accounting degree. That's what happens when education is free.

Are you Brazilian by any chances? Literally everyone around here either has a bachelor degree in accounting or management.

I doubt that Brazil qualifies as a "welfare" country kek

Yet most of them are jobless and unemployable, desu
