It's just I have no idea how to start or would go about "advertising" them online. As far as I know, the company that owns epipen has an extreme monopoly and will probably smash me to bits if I so much as try to save lives and wallets.

you'll need a medicines manufacturing license, qualified staff, proper premises and equipment, procedures for standardising and ensuring quality.

a lot of the hard stuff is already done for you as you'll only be assembling the product and not producing the drug. so the major concern for you would be the cost of the above and the registration fees.

also epipens are intended for the public what you're intending to produce are prefilled syringes which wouldn't be practical in emergencies in a public setting and hospitals wouldn't purchase something they can do themselves.

if there was a market for this i would imagine one of the many generic drug produces would be doing this already. i assume they only produce the bottle stuff because most medical staff would just fill their own syringes.

also there are jext pens too which are the same as epipens

Pre filled syringes are only going to be a hair slower than and slightly more difficult to administer than an Epi pen. At $550 less, the market I'm pandering to is the needy crowd who probably already understands the basic concept of simple IM med administration.

I just figure most people are too scared to buy the individual parts on their own, and put all their trust in a big name brand. Basically what I would intend to sell is an Epi pen without the auto injection.

if you believe there is a market then go talk to a industrial pharmacist or someone related to industrial manufacturing (university lectures ect) for some starting points.

be mindful that what you're producing is a medicine and generally comes with a high production costs.
