Talking fast and stuttering like some fucked up autist is a lot worse than taking your time and talking slower than a normal person might.

It helps me to think on the fact that my death is inevitable and can happen without me even knowing it.
When faced with the likely reality that our consciousness will cease to exist, that we will experience and be nothing for all of eternity, that when it happens you wont even know it, and that it will happen much sooner than we expect or are ready for
time really flies and it only goes faster as you get older
