OP, I'd say to respect their policy of not calling back; however, I'd like some insight if I should follow up with an email. Basically, had an interview at a manufacturing company for an entry level position doing orders and stuff on Tuesday last week. Got a call back same day for a follow up interview on Friday. I think it went really well. My question is, should I send a thank you email today since they had the weekend to think about it? Or just wait for their reply?

I don't think it ever hurts to send a "thanks for the interview" email, in your case
