I employ 16-20 people counting myself and my wife, though neither of us does much actual work.

the caveat is I didn't start my business, I bought it when it was making $75k a year and had $75k in accrued sales. But I could easily close it and rebuild it from the ground up.

you won't like it though because I'm a service contractor so starting my business requires actual work for the first few months to a year. Like 80 hours a week of hard dirty labor until you get it off the ground.

At the age of 23 I was making just north of 150k cash a year. It literally had to live on the go though. I stayed in hotels for 2 years, and moved cities pretty frequently. It's easier than you think to start up, just do it. If you need someone to tell you what to do, then you're too dumb to make it work anyways.
