What the fuck is going on?
Carding is so popular in my city these days, people keep installing skimmers on virtually every POS far from direct shop employee supervision and people keep buying shit with stolen cards wtf is this? How do we stop this? It's ruining small businesses can police ever do something about this shit?

Ask to see ID, check to see basic security codes and then check the signature on the ID, the card and the receipt they wrote on and not the customer's copy..... if you're getting charged back because someone is cheating you.. then you're simply not checking.. if they are going far and beyond by duping all that information.. then chances are they're only buying small amounts and they're not going to get caught... but that doesn't happen often enough to not catch the other 80%

Most cameras are really shit in many stores (not enough to make people out if they wear dark/common clothes, sunglasses and a baseball hat), plus they install that shit away from any cameras.
