You consented to work for them, under their rules, and get paid according to their determination. Yes, the transaction is slanted against you, but technically you are voluntarily consenting to participate in a transaction that is against your interests. I suggest you think more deeply about the ways in which you can work for yourself and make the amount of money you feel you deserve.

Why would they pay more?
>Probably hundreds of fags like you on their payroll
>shitting out useless toilet paper left and right.
>Once in a blue moon a fag actually delivers
>Expects to be paid full economic rent

This is an issue that depends on the framing, the way you are presenting the issue you "saved a company thousands", but that is not clear, you "just"wrote the paper in every business what is really worth is the IMPLEMENTATION of the ideas and most importantly to GET THE RESULTS of the original idea.
Now I am going to frame the same problem in a different way:
>mfw I just wrote my school thesis, took me 3 months
> Got paid $70,000
> Now I can continue writing more stuff
>REEEEEEEEEEEEE
