If you mean you're going to resell alibaba shit to westerners then just stop yourself there, because it's not going to be worth setting the business up.
If you're reselling branded goods from trustworthy suppliers then yeah, you have a decent chance as long as you sell for as cheap as possible, and ship as fast as possible, so as to not fuck the business up.

Not in west. Actually I'm in developing country (but not so developed).
Targeting urban area as of now. eCommerce boom started since late 2014. But there are new ecommerce sites popping up now and then.

I think the market is getting saturated quickly.
I can produce clothing material as of now as I have contacted the factory. i'm planning to import some more from china.
