Also moving that much money around in a short time raises questions.

Steal a boat, load it with expensive metals and overcolcked gaming rigs, and as many American dollars as you can withdraw without raising suspicion. Sail to Vietnam, unload to your new seafront house and then exchange the boat with a local fisherman for his daughter.

It would have to be a place where there are no extradition treaties (since you commit fraud).
It would have to be a place where there is no enforcement for foreign civil claims.
But it would also have to be a place with little or no domestic justice system, because what's stopping determined creditors from filing local suits?
You'd have to go completely dark. No credit cards, different identity, no social media, etc.

It's possible, but it doesn't seem worth it. Especially since the above criteria pretty much mean you'll end up in some third world shithole.

The problem is entirely with the amount of money you have access to.

Granted, if you get really creative you can probably go pretty all out. How many credit cards can one person get? How many mortgages for the same house, perhaps if filed for simultaneously? How many expensive vehicles? Etc.

If you're lucky you could get enough to live a very modest life in a third world country, but honestly by any counts you need to live off the money for such a long time it will only pay for bare existence.

There are better ways. There's a reason people aren't doing this, unless perhaps they could somehow get a loan for millions.
