We aren't doing great right now but not terrible, I actually just took over. Should be fine in a year through after I clean some house.
What are some of the cheaper brands that are good quality (fridges, washers/dryers and stoves)?
Moving out eventually and would like some information
My fridge keeps leaking water every several days. It seems to be coming from underneath by the door but I can't find any source of the leak, wtf is going on with it?

Laundry - Speed queen, its reliable and easy to fix if you have half a brain you can do it yourself
Fridges - The cheaper whirlpools are fairly decent, do not get a Frigidaire
Stoves - Honestly its pretty hard to fuck up making a stove, I would go with whatever you can find a good price on.
Don't get up sold whatever you do. All the extra features they come with now are worthless.

What brand is it?

Evaporater fan probably shot

If the evap fan was shot it wouldn't be cooling, it more likely has something to do with the drain tube.
