I give you the benefit of doubt that you are above average, but all the shit your colleagues are coding is hard evidence the know how to code but not how to write a program

That has nothing to do with their capabilities. When you outsource to someone, that person doesn't really have much incentive to do things nice and clean.
Find some of my "colleagues" on github and take a look at some of their personal projects. You'll see a very obvious difference.
