What's a good part time job to hold? I'm eventually going to buy some rental property so I can stop working full time.

I have a finance degree with a similar work background. I'm just trying to maximize pay. Not really worried about what kind of job.

Do like i did and invest in some kneepads (we call them kneelers) and get a job at a nursery. It is rewarding work where you get to rub the fact that your job is to play with plants into the faces of jelous gardeners.
