Saw a thread talking about harnessing the neet market. What if I bought a building and made a bunch of small cubicles inside(just enough room for a bed and a small desk). cafeteria/cafe on first floor. have fast internet. due to the size of the rooms rent could be as little as 150 dollars a month. the neet could play video games and browse 4chan forever
heres an example of the rooms

Go ask on /r9k/ if they would live somewhere like that and see what they say. I don't know if there's any areas with a high concentration of NEETs though.

we would probably attack silicon valley because the rent prices are so high. i know some people living in there cars.

Maybe put a microwave in each cubicle too. Also a minifridge.

And a mini freezer as well... I'm just thinking they will need to have a way to make hot pockets or tendies at their computer and not have to go to the cafeteria to eat. And they need somewhere to put their soda.

can't have shared facilities, neets want as little human interaction as possible + share facilities make it feel like a dorm or hostel and not your own space. also these things would get disgustingly dirty

why would a neet pay $150 a month just to live with other neets? whats there to gain?
>>1425437
paying as least as possible so theydont have to work
OP, what you're proposing sounds like an underpriced hotel, what would you gain from this? Why not just start an actual hotel?
Hi douchfaggot
Google 'capsule hotel' and see how unoriginal your idea is and fap to midget porn
Yeah you retard, that's called an internet café and already exists.

Hotel is daily and you get your own actual room. Hotels don't have that great of net. For $150 a month I'd take it. But you'd have to deal with weird smells n' people who are cancer. It'd be like silver 1 all over again.
