Im inheriting $15mil+ within 10 years. What is the best undergrad major to chose in order to successfully invest and manage this sum of money? I'm already chosing economics but is finance better? Would it be a waste to major in economics when all the information to learn about it is free online and instead chose a STEM major?

All you need to know is that index funds will get you superior returns for low fees. You don't need a degree to learn to be rich, and indeed, most information is free online.
Study whatever you want.
Just put it into an index fund. You'll make high 6 figures for the rest of your life. Get a STEM degree in case you don't get the $$
lol what's your net worth now?
Divide that by 10 years and blow it all on travelling etc. Then in 10 years continue with the 15 mil
