You can also cash that out at an ATM obviously, without their ridiculous cash advance fees. What you also did not notice is that this system lets you pay your credit card bill with itself, provided you have at least that amount available in credit.

I need to get a payment from someone but I don't want them seeing my personal info. They don't like using BTC either.

If I set up a secondary Paypal account with a fake name and then send myself the money to my real account, would I get banned?

I doubt it but since my only income source is Paypal I want to be extra careful.
