you could try however to make good stories.
good stories that sell are about relatable characters.

I'm planning on writing novels about diferent mythos around the world, there's so much material in history I don't need to copy paste some tired cliches from fantasy.

try to look up your local newspaper for interesting stories, maybe some average murder will give you an idea for some good stories.

remember that good stories are based around real life and real life has millions of good unused unique stories.
