Lets talk TPP /biz/,

What happens if TPP doesn't pass, everyone is pretty sure it will pass so they're putting their money like it already passed, but what if it doesn't?

I was thinking that, for one, many pharmaceuticals in SE Asia might be unwilling to produce certain drugs in the fear that after TPP american IP would leave them out of the business, but if it doesn't pass do you think it would be wise to invest in those pharmaceuticals?

What other possible outcomes do you see if the TPP doesn't pass?
