So what's the best way to earn money when you're 17-24 yo, don't have work experience and studying in university/college?
you could get a part time job as a security guard where you can just study during your shift

Ask you uni about on-campus jobs. They'll be flexible with hours and allow you to study when you aren't busy at work. They only pay around minimum wage but it's something.
Sell pot on campus
getting mom and dad to buy you a new bmw every year and then reselling it
are you all fucking high?
best job is something with tips if you can land it. My fucking female roomate when we were 20-21 years old would work as a waitress at a restaurant and work 6 hour shifts and come home with 50 - 150$ CASH in tips every night she worked.
Another buddy worked at a nice golf course and made tips from nothing to 100$ a shift. he started at 18
thats what I'd look for. Even if you wait tables at a fucking applebees you'll increase earnings by at least 25% or more tax free (for the cash portion)
