>have tonnes of free time
>can't force myself to learn or work on something
How the FUCK do people motivate themselves to work extremely hard even when it's hot and sunny outside and even with no friends or huge amounts of disposable income entertainment options are limitless?

You can't because you are limited by your cucked genetics.
Sorry OP, but natural selection has basically forsaken you.
try r9k
its interesting how on r9k anons will sympathise with the OP but on biz the OP just gets destroyed. why do robots keep coming here?

simple, they sometimes get motivated to better themselves. unfortunately, their nearly non-existant willpower only brings them as far as to create threads like this one on /fit/ and /biz/, and little to nothing more.

1) deactivate your internet. if you need to use the internet to learn or whatever then go to the local library. sit in a semi-public area so that you are not compelled to go on 4chan or porn
or
2) if you dont have a car then download a website blocker for your computer, block all the sites that eat up most of your time (4chan.org specifically, and any others). change the password of this site blocker to a random series of letters/numbers that you can never guess so that you can never deactivate the blocker.
if you cant do one of the above 2 tasks then just give up now. you will never make it and will die a loser and a nobody.
good luck

he says as he posts on 4chan using the internet

If you don't want to work for yourself then that's a problem you'll have to settle with yourself

Necessity is a hell of a motivator

But he isn't complaining about being unmotivated
