Why has no one bought this real estate yet? A mansion at central park. There are enough billionaires, and you cannot lose money on this investment. Why is it on Zillow for 40 days? What am I missing here? $120,000,000 for a central park mansion.

That's a fuck load of cash for even a central park apartment, especially one that is so old school opulent and would certainly have to be remodeled for anyone who would actually want it or to flip it.
