Should I go into work today guys? My knee feels like its gonna fall out of it's socket and no amount of ice and medication is keeping the pain down every time I move. At the same time I feel really guilty because I have been reliable for every time they call me I come in and work the registers.
What should I do guys? How do I stop feeling guilty for some reason?

It's not bait. I just started my job as a cashier and I'm nervous because this is the first time I'm gonna call in sick. I was planning on going to the doc anyway. I just wasn't sure if I can make an 8 hour shift on what is usually the most busy day of the week for supermarkets.
