I have $30000 in deposit which has interest rate of 2.9% and another $10000 in deposit which has interest rate of 1.375%
i have $4000 free to use. how should i invest this money? i live in taiwan btw so no meme coins/penny stocks.

take that 10k out and put it in your 2.9% account.

1.375% is losing value as inflation beats it.

As for the 4k, but it some kind of fund so you learn about them for when you get actual money to deposit in a fund
