Alright I'll cut straight to it. I'm coming into 300k cash through some unsavory means.

What can I do with it?

I'm saving up for grad/med-school and I have 5k saved up already.

I have loans I want to pay and I don't want to get audited so I need some advice.

Rent a room to one of your friends for highest possible price that makes sense for your city. It's perfectly normal for people to pay with cash for rent.

If you wan to launder money, buy a house in Vancouver like everyone else.
The average detached house there is about $1.6 million USD, though.
Houses on the Westside (about 1/3 of the city) average about $3.2 million USD.

How is buying a house gonna help him launder money? No bank will give a student a mortgage for a million dollar house and buying such property for cash will raise a massive red flag.

This looks like some shady meddling of fat cats in high places, not a way for OP to launder money.

Well that place was expensive, but there are still plenty of houses in Vancouver for under $5 million.

Go to a casino. Buy 300k chips. Play a bit. Sell your chips back. Laundered.

Well, aren't you a clever little criminal mastermind. Yes, I'm sure the authors of the act didn't consider aggregates and you've found a perfect loophole.
>>
>>1376283
They keep track of your transactions. If someone keeps coming and cashing out exactly $10k, they're gonna get suspicious.

Even going 31 times just under $10k would raise suspicion,

You could say you sold virtual items in exchange for bitcoins. You'll have to pay taxes thou.
You could also say someone donated the bitcoins to you.

You can buy bitcoins for cash

Is there anything you ever wanted to buy? Since you have cash go find someone selling and make them offers. Cash is converted into something you want and then you are squared.

You can also go and buy silver and gold coins from private sellers and then use that as a hard cash way to store your savings.

Maybe look into buying a small business or two. This would be particularly easy as you could find businesses for Anywhere from 5k to 50k USD this should be a no-brainer.

Land is always a good way to launder money too. Finding a FSBO with raw land that is offering a skewed contract for deed. Hand him a wad of cash, get the contract and then either sit on it or go to a bank to see if they will refinance the land.

Lots of ways brother.
