What are some profitable types of small businesses that one could start in Miami and have reasonable hope to be successful?

I'm 18, idk enough about alcohol. Anything else?

In Miami?

1. Start a food delivery business where you deliver other people's food. We have one in my city and it's doing well. I would pay someone to bring me Pollo Tropicale.

2. Street food vendor/food truck, there's always room for it.

3. Rent real estate to vacationers. Be prepared for spring breakers to fuck up your shit.

4. Buy LEGAL drugs and sell them at clubs without representing them at something illegal. When said legal drugs become illegal switch to the new formula. (you might kill some people doing this)

5. Freight forwarding if you have the cash.

6. Try operating a bonded warehouse and lease out space in it.

7. When imports and exports with Cuba open up you could get in on that action.

I feel like I could maybe open something similar outside of Miami on the side, because in reality I don't live in the city but I'm close enough that I could commute to my business should I open one in Miami, but I only asked because there seems to be more profit in the city than where I live anyway.

Get a street vendor license and sell some fuckin' ice cream and cold water.

That sounds like a pretty good idea. How much do people ususally pay for ice ccream though?

I'll pay you a dollar for a popsicle at the light. Margins won't be as high as selling plain old water, but you'll definitely sell more than fuckers selling peanuts or oranges.
