Dude, your situation is pretty bleak.
You have income, which is great, why don't you have any savings? Can't your parents help you with a legitimate medical problem?
How bad is your credit? You can't apply for a secured line of credit?
Money Mart debt is horrifically expensive, I would advise doing anything you can to avoid it.
