Unless you are a genuine retard there is absolutely no excuse not to go to college, wether it be for a STEM degree, art or anything inbetween. College makes you a smarter, more well rounded useful member of society. Getting a degree should be a legal requirement in first world countries
Says who
In college now. I see these people in non stem degrees and have little hope for the world.
1 in 20 has drive
1 in 50 has talent
its exeedingly rare that they are in the same person.
I have it at 1 in 1250
so say 1k for easy numbers
1 is going to make it doing what they love
20 could successful part time consultancies
50 might have full time jobs doing this b/c they hustle hard enough and got good enough to keep a job
71 in 1000
better person my ass.
If you don't figure out your direction before college you're fucked.

> 1 in 20... .05
> 1 in 50... .02
0.05 x 0.02 =\= 1 in 1250 (or 1 in 1000). Take a math class you fucking mongoloid.

These are not 2 independent probabilities. People who has talent will probably have more drive. The actual probability will be higher than 1/1000

>College makes you a smarter, more well rounded useful member of society
t. desperate bureaucrat at small, recently defunded liberal arts college
Don't go college unless the ROI and opportunity cost justifies it.

Holder of 2 Master degrees here. The claim above is hilariously misguided and you guys are probably posting in a bait thread.
Work on a BSc if you must and try to stay away from the people there.
