Anons, if you were to look back to the time when you were just started investing, what advice would you give yourself? I'm starting to invest myself and I'm trying to be wary of any common mistakes beginners usually make.

I would have put a few grand from when I was 18 into savings bonds. Back in the early 90s they matured much faster. Doubled in 10-12 years.

Or I'd have put it in CDs back then. Shit, some 6 month CDs in 1990 were over 8% for 6 months.

This is what I came here to say.
Up until last week, I would have said "Buy Ethereum." lol
Also "Good choice on buying WDC at $36, buy more though."

Is BTC really that lucrative? All I see are negative things and the relative crash it had a few months ago.

>DO YOUR DUE DILIGENCE
>TRADE WITH FAKE MONEY FIRST OR AMOUNTS UNDER $100 TOTAL TO UNDERSTAND HOW YOU WILL REACT TO THE MARKETS AND FLUCTUATIONS.
>NO ONE EVER WENT BROKE TAKING PROFITS.
