Serious topic.

Step 1. Register a ltd as a brokerage in least strict country, say Cyprus, Malta or someshit. With least taxes.
Step 2. Have developers code the app with javascript and mysql.
Step 3. ... now here's where I'm clueless on. How to get "into" USA stock markets.

You really don't think believe smarter and with more money than you haven't already considered this yet?

I honestly don't think that... There are EU brokerages which work on classical system, phone calls and insane % fees. Time to move on with time, competition never hurt nobody. Except for Nokia, maybe.

I'd suppose most people be like "damn starting a brokerage must be impossibly hard".

hate to bump, thought this is a relatively simple question. Do I need to consult global banks to get "access" to "virtual trading floor"?

Where do I get to find the regulations of establishing trading and such? Google's not giving me anything and I doubt visiting a local bank for "advice" would be a smart idea

How can it be that you live in Europe but don't understand how closed a market you have? The United States has a very open market. You don't.

But there are plenty non-bank backed brokerages in EU, just none as simple and easy as Robinhood.

Also I'm rather thinking dealing in US market in Europe. Like basically Robinhood, just make it accessible to Europeans and compete with Rh once it comes to EU.

damn.

I'm aware that Imgur.com will stop allowing adult images since 15th of May. I'm taking actions to backup as much data as possible.
