How to get a decent white-collar job without any college education, particular skills or experiences? Is it even possible?

Not gonna happen.
I have a friend who has been working various positions in warehouses for almost 10 years. He knows absolutely everything about the industry.
He repeatedly gets shut down for GM positions because he does not have a college degree.
Gotta know how to hustle. That's the only way if you don't have the papers. It's a lot easier to freelance then take that experience and use it to land you a white collar at a company.

>without a college education
This is equivalent to passing middle school and trying to become successful in the 70s.
i.e. doesn't work out for 95% of people
College is the new high school m8. You don't need to be smart to pass, just memorize stuff & do your assignments. Most colleges (even Ivy League), require you to merely do most of your work and you'll pass.
>inb4 someone mentions GPA, it literally doesn't matter after 2 years, and anyone without autism can get a job w/ a 3.0 (which is average)
