If you're good enough to become a CEO, you'll be able to do it with or without McKinsey. Trust yourself, not some ethereal management development program.

No matter what you do or where you are, you're going to have to demonstrate superior skill and unmatched dedication to be able to reach the C-suite. Grades don't mean shit in the long run; if they don't want you, don't get butthurt about the rejection and give up on your dreams. Get angry, and prove them wrong.
