Could nintendo sue me for copyrighting this character if I say it's a parody?
Possible complains:
- Link Hat
- Mario overalls
- mustache
The point is for it to be an amalgamation of video games but is this crossing a line?
Also pink link hair (his hair was pink in aLttP)
I am no lawer but I believe if you can show 5 clear differences in a checter you can get away with it.
If not just produce like 50 of whatever you doing to avoid being seen.

Anyone can sue anyone for any reason
Will Nintendo sue you though? No because you're an unimportant loser.

Typically, the reason a company will sue is because you 1) Besmirch their name or 2) Make money off their ideas.
Example: Your name is Mike and you sell burgers at a corner store. You might get sued if you:
-Call your burgers McBurgers
-Call your business "Mike's Burgers", and use some sort of a gold colored arch-shaped "m" in the name
Both of these examples "should be known" to rip off McDonald's established symbols and icons. They would sue you because you are stealing their marketing and using it as your own.
Well as long Sega and Nintendo don't go for Chris chan for sonichuâ„¢ you are fine
