You are right in some way e.g that the house prices will fall but this change will set in over time. I would recommend focusing on the immediate problems the refugees are facing. Statistically speaking the Syrian refugees are annoyingly well educated. The amount of them willing to do unskilled work for peanuts will probably reflect that, unfortunately.

I have my doubts about this. It's likely almost all these people will be heavily reliant on govt programs for several years so I'd look into companies with existing EU contracts for housing, Job placement, and education.
