If the only difference between a checkings account and a savings

I can't debit from my savings, and there are transfer limits from savings to checking. I'm sure there are other Jewish tricks I'm not aware of.

So why not just use credit then? and then pay the CC bill with your savings account

I believe most savings accounts have a withdrawal limit, so that you can only have x amount of withdrawals a month without any penalties.
Really there's no reason to put your money in a savings account right now. You decrease the liquidity of your money for virtually no reason.

Don't do brick and mortar banks anymore. Just stick with online banks so you get a much larger interest return
