Kangaroofag neet here, how do I go about getting a job?
I've been applying to things online and I've been told to walk in and apply directly but aside from the occasional "you're great but you're not what we want" emails, I get nothing.
Should I just buckle down and study something? Any ausfags who recently got themselves together?
I'd live on the dole like a total degenerate but I haven't lived here long enough yet.
This is such a broad question
We really need some more info
What kind of job are you looking for?
What skills, talents and qualifications do you have?
You say you haven't lived here long enough for centrelink
Well what visas and work rights do you have?
What nationality too? I know it's the 21st century and we should be past this but there's just certain jobs you won't get if your a certain race or nationality
Also what state?

Right. In order then:
>looking for literally anything
>skills none, no talents, only qualification outside of high school completion is a Cert II in business
>being from NZ the only real restrictions I have are inability to vote, access student loans, work for the government or enlist in the army
As I said I'm from NZ, European Maori to be exact living in QLD.

Being an unskilled young person in Australia is undesirable
If you live in rural qld you should definitely try get agricultural hand work
So fruit pickers or farm hands
You'll have a good go at this too if you're a particularly big dude which I'm assuming you are being Maori
Otherwise your best bet is to just keep doing what your doing
Just mass apply for everything you come across
Fruit markets and anything that's not a chain definitely show up in person
If your applying for big chains like Coles woolies or maccas, fronting and wanting to see a manager just annoys them
If your in a tourist destination i.e. Surfers or Airlie Beach, getting work in the tourism industry can lead to a meaningful career

Idk how being a kiwi will impact this but if your metropolitan make sure you have an rsa and an rcg (this is what it's called in nsw anyway might go by something different up there) these allow you to work in licensed premises and will be super necessary of you want work in a metro area
But really assuming it's possible
Your best bet would be to swing back to NZ and get a degree in something useful like:
Stem
Commerce
Medicine
Okay thanks my dude. I'll keep on trucking.
