I saw that have a 15% rip a few days ago. It seems like every biotech board right now is screaming "my stock is going to have a buy out!!!!" It's probably because of a new wave of fucktard traders who are obsessed with buyouts. Just saying watch yourself. I can find you 100 stocks who are candidates for buyouts. A drug entering phase 2 is enough to get several hundred 'tards yelling "hurr buyout"... again do your DD but I doubt Pernix (lol penis) is going to do anything with 100% certainty.
