I'm in oil for about 17% of portfolio long. It was too sweet today to pass up.

Oil will be here forever but basic economics say the price is going up long term.

Oil will go down again before it goes up. However, when it's going to go back up, no one knows. Could be 10 years or next month

Even with a push on electric vehicles, its still not a big portion of what oil is used for

Apple was overvalued and will probably hover around 92-100. It won't go up until they beat investors expectations on their annual report by a lot, come out with a new promising technology or a deal with China that allows them to expand into Asia

Nobody knows a damn thing about whats gonna happen to oil. Don't listen to anybody who tries to tell you that they do. I'd say its a safe long investment if you're willing to outlast the OPEC pissing contest.
